Ashley O'Neil joined Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty in 2020 after six successful years as an agent in Darien, CT and three years in Palm Beach, FL. In Connecticut she received sales recognition awards after just 2 years in sales. In 2022, Ashley closed over $50M in real estate in the Kennebunks and Palm Beach. She was ranked #2 out of 2,358 agents at Brown Harris Stevens in April 2022. and 2023 America's Best Real Estate Professionals, according to RealTrends.

Her husband, Pierce, has been coming to Kennebunkport since he was a small child and introduced Ashley to the spectacular KPT lifestyle 37 years ago. They own a home where they raised their 3 daughters in the Summer and now live in Maine on a more full time basis. Ashley was born & raised in Wilmington, Delaware where she attended Tower Hill School. She went to high school at The Ethel Walker School in Simsbury, CT, then the University of Virginia and Boston University for a Masters in Broadcasting. She worked as a producer of television commercials in Boston before moving to New York City to work at CBS Sports. Her career went on to marketing and promotion at Philip Morris USA in New York City where she won the President’s Award. In her past roles, her supervisors have described her as “smart”, “honest” and ”hard-working”. Her CT supervisor called her “a rock star.” In her spare time, Ashley enjoys walking on Gooch's Beach with the dogs, playing tennis & pickleball, spinning, Orange Theory Fitness, cooking and being with friends & family. Occasionally she likes to ride horses, as it’s been a while since she was a successful junior hunter & equitation rider. In addition, she loves to go to the movies, to travel throughout Maine and to try new restaurants!
